I think my favorite animal is the panther. The word “Panther” refers to different kinds of felines, this depends of the region in the world where we could to be. The panther is in really a black jaguar, leopard or cougar. The term “panther” is used to define a big feline with a mutation in its color.
Among the different kinds of panther, my favorite is the black jaguar. I saw it once on a Mexico zoo, and I really love it. The black jaguar lives in Central America, these are jungle animals. Black jaguars are hunters, and they really are the maximum predator where they are, together with the normal jaguar.
I like panthers or black jaguars because I like the black color and cats or felines. I think what is difficult to have a panther at home, it could hurt me or worst, it could eat me.
A particular characteristic of this animal are their special skins. Even when they are black, they still have spots of different tone to rest of the skin. The panther is a beautiful animal.

Cuba
I think
Cuba is my favorite destination to travel. I traveled there once with my dad
and my sister, but it wasn’t a good travel. The ex girlfriend of my dad and her
sons joined to us before go, and this situation actually ruined this holidays
because she didn’t want to travel to Cuba to really know the country and its
people, she only wanted to take picture in the beach. So, I loved to return
there, but this time, know the real Cuba not only the touristic places.
On Cuba you
can visit historic places from the colony and Revolution time and visit too
many museums. You can talk with Cubans, who are famous to their culture and
intelligence. The food is delicious: “Ropa Vieja” and the different forms how
they cook pork with beans and rice. Mojitos and Daikiris complete the menu,
those are my favorite cocktails in all world.
If I go to
Cuba again I love to go with my girlfriend, Amaya. I think what is possible to
do it, maybe in a couple of years… working both of us. I hope this will became
reality.

Laclau
Ernesto
Laclau is an Argentinian political theorist, but he has development most of his
intellectual life in England. He was born on 1936 in Buenos Aires. He studied
History in the UBA Faculty of Philosophy and Letters where he participed in different
political and students organizations. Later, Laclau received a scholarship in
Orford University supported by Eric Hobsbawn. In England he made his career as
teacher in the Essex University mainly in the analysis discourse area.
Laclau had
a lot of theorical developments, but the most important of them is the Hegemony
Theory. This included different topics like the ‘subject’ status, the formation
of social identities, the demands as the unit of the society, among others. His
analysis of populism is one of his recent works, in his book On Pupulist Reason
he considered the populism as a particular phenomenon. It is a manner of
construct politics from the people against the power.
I like a
lot the Laclau works, as you remember he was my presentation topic in this
course. I enjoy read him cause his writing is very clear even when his ideas
are not a simple thing. His concepts are for me a right way to understand the
society and the politic, and its make us to question about our own ideas.

Forgetting Sara Marshall
Forgetting
Sara Marshall is a comedy and drama
film. The main stars of the film are Jason Segel, Russel Brand, Kristen
Bell, and of course… Mila Kunis. It was directed by Nicholas Stoller, and it
was filmed in 2008.
The movie
is about Peter (Jason Segel) and the way he must to deal his breaking with Sara
(Kristen Bell). He fell into a big depression, and after a couple of weeks, he
decided to go to Hawai . In this particular holidays Peter discovered that Sara
had the same idea in the same hotel, and he discovered too that she was not
alone. In this process of forgetting Sara with her in the next room, he met a
lot of new friends and one particular, Rachel.
I don’t
know if it is my favorite movie, but I like it a lot. I can see it a several
times and not get bored. It shows a fun way to see a bad time in life, and how
new opportunities presents to us in this.
